Krysaliis Wholesale Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Krysaliis LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Minimum on Orders
Opening Order requirement is $300. Every order there after requires no minimum.
Order Requirements
We will begin processing your order within 24 hours and will email you an invoice for your order. Once your order ships out, tracking number will be emailed.
Payment
Payment is by credit card. The card is authorized at time of order and charged once the order is shipped.
Delivery Times
If we have them in stock, we will ship out the order in 1-2 business days. If we have to put the order into manufacturing, please expect the delivery to be in 21 days. All Christmas orders need to be placed by 15th Sep for delivery by mid-October. We ship by UPS.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice as per the volume of orders. All parcels are mandatory for insurance and ship by UPS.
Exclusivity
We do not generally offer exclusivity on our wholesale products. If you are regularly ordering a particular product range for your store, you are welcome to discuss this with us. Our minimum order expectation for an exclusive product or range would generally be around $3000 every 12weeks. If we have agreed exclusivity for a range and you don’t place a re-order for this range within 5 months, exclusivity will no longer apply.
Prices
All orders, including, but not limited to backorders, are based on the most recent information provided by Krysaliis. Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating silver prices. Goods are invoiced in US dollars at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed exclusive of Tax. Delivery charges will be added to the total invoice. We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotion at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. We reserve the right to adjust prices and specifications without notice except when an order has been fully paid for. Break prices are available by item for larger bulk purchases.
Sales Outlets
You are only authorized to sell through the retail outlet(s) you have specified. Permission must be sought to sell the goods at other outlets including any new shops or online stores. Krysaliis does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through party plan or markets without written permission. If you will be selling online, please make sure to inform Krysaliis and sell with permission.
Copyright, Text and Images
Copyright on all text, images and designs remains with Krysaliis LLC (the owner of this website) and its associated companies. You may use images from our website for promotional purposes once your order for the featured products has been paid for. If an item that we have available is out of stock at your store, you no longer have permission to feature it in your promotions until a new order has been placed and paid for. Images must not be reproduced on unauthorized sales outlets including online auction sites. High-resolution images for media use will only be provided once an order has been paid for. Please do not copy product descriptions or other text from our website, other than product attributes, dimensions and safety information.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Krysaliis. Krysaliis does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by Authorize.net.
